sAUNA
We own a beautiful 8 person horsebox sauna which we use to complement our day retreats. Based in The Wild Space during the summer, this sauna becomes mobile in the Winter meaning we can come to you!

Saltpath Coaching Clinic was founded by Phil Gilbert. It was born out of his own life experiences and an understanding that accessing more than one strategy gives us the best possible chance for a happy life.
He's cool, she's hot!
In a work sense at least! A year into Saltpath, Vicki (Phil's wife) joined the business having trained as a Sauna Master. With their combined knowledge of all things hot and cold, Saltpath offer Contrast Therapy retreats, Sauna Rituals, Men's Fire & Ice Retreats and of course Wim Hof Method Fundamentals across Sussex and North Devon.
The mobile sauna also means that Saltpath are available for corporate days and private events.
What an amazing experience! Wim Hof Fundamentals workshop coached by the very awesome Phil, with a wonderful group of people, in the most beautiful setting.
Everything about this was spot on.
I am still feeling a great sense of calm and definitely need more of this.
